1. Centres VCT

Les centres VCT sont des centres de dépistages qui observent les recommandations émanant de l’OFSP en matière de conseil et de dépistage volontaire du VIH (VCT) au moyen d’un test VIH rapide. Il est recommandé aux personnes présentant un risque élevé d’infection au VIH de recourir à ces centres, où ils trouveront les conseils préventifs adéquats. Certains de ces centres s’adressent à des groupes cibles spécifiques de la prévention du VIH, tels que les migrants ou les hommes ayant des rapports sexuels avec d’autres hommes (HSH). Les prestations des centres sont adaptées aux besoins de ces groupes.

3. Numéros d’urgence PEP

Les numéros d’urgence PEP sont des services où il est possible d’effectuer une prophylaxie post-exposition (PEP) dans les 72 heures ayant suivi l’exposition au risque. En général, ces services sont rattachés aux grands hôpitaux. Le Checkpoint de Zurich offre également le traitement PEP aux HSH.
